Today for art we did some paper mache. Instead of using wallpaper paste or PVA glue, we made our own paste! It was very simple to make. The recipe was:
1 Cup of Flour
1 1/2 Cups of Water
1 Teaspoon of Salt
It was quite messy! We then used the paste to start our paper mache turtles. We have covered half a ballon in newspaper and paste. Next week when they are dry we will paint them and finish them off!
