It was Friday and our teacher said that we were going to make green fairy cakes for St. Patrick’s Day. After big break we went to the kitchen. The first thing we did was wash our hands and then our teacher prepared the ingredients. We were divided into 3 groups. We had to beat the butter and sugar together then add the egg a bit at a time. When we were done, we added a bit of green food colouring. After they were baked, we added green icing! They were lovely!!
