As a treat for our good behaviour, our teacher Ms Gallagher took us over to the Breakfast Club to do some baking. We baked some rainbow buns. In three groups we made a bun mixture using self raising flour, caster sugar, eggs and butter. We split the mixture equally into six bowls and used red, blue, yellow and red food colouring to make six different colours. We then spooned the different coloured mixtures into bun cases and baked them in the oven. They turned out so nice and they were really tasty! Check out our pictures below!
