On the 12th of December Tim Peake launched up to the International Space Station. It was such a very exciting sight for United Kingdom and the rest of the world. Tim Peake has been training to go to the ISS for six years from now. The launch happened at 11:00. Tim Peake’s wife and children were there to watch as well. Priests were there to bless the launch and for the people. Everyone was worried first if the launch would be safe but after 2 minutes everyone was amazed and speechless. Tim Peake has arrived safely up in the ISS. Everyone is so happy about that news from Tim Peake. When Tim Peake and the other crew they were asked questions from behind a glass room so they don’t get a bug or get sick. They got checks all over their bodies and they are perfectly fine. This day will go down in history.
