Room 16 have been quiet on this website since starting 6th class but we would like to let everyone know that we have had a brilliant two months in Room 16. We have been working hard, and having a few laughs too, since the very first day in September. Ms Fleming is delighted with our work so far.
In English we have been working on explanation writing. We’ve been following the Rugby World Cup closely and writing various explanations based on it. We wrote one piece about how the Rugby World Cup is set up and another about how Japan became this years host.
Ms Fleming has been particularly impressed with our oral Irish. We invited Ms O’Shea down to our classroom to listen to our Gaeilge.
As a reward for all our hard work we had a treat today. We made ‘pudding dirt cups’. They were delicious. Take a look at how they turned out and we have also included a couple of our art displays from September and October too.
We hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween 🙂
