Ms. Collins’ class had great fun making Lava lamps today during science. We used our scientific skills to observe, predict, investigate and record our experiment today. We talked about how oil and water don’t mix because of their non polar and polar properties, testing this out by shaking a test bottle just in case it didn’t work out in our favour.
We also learned that putting too many effervescent tablets can cause an explosion!
