We went to Jobstown Park with the “Garden Heroes” – Hallie, Darcey, Patrick, Aaron and Esther. There were some very important people there like the Mayor as well as the Park Rangers, the Council, other schools and the Connect 4 Youth Group. We had a really fun time planting hedgerow, holly, elder, hazel, beech and blackthorn to help encourage more wildlife and birds. Jobstown Park is a really cool place. It has a bike track, playground, football fields and a basketball area. We all planted around 500 plants in the park and we had a fun time!
