December was a very busy month for us, at the beginning of the month we moved from Room 23 to Room 25 in the fabulous new building!! We love our new spacious room and have been working even harder than before. We spent a lot of time practising for our Christmas concert which we really enjoyed performing on the stage for all our family and friends. We also made Christmas decorations out of clay and in science we used magnifying glasses to examine the different patterns that fibres make in fabrics. January has proved to be just as busy as December. In geography we learned all about Dublin. We then got into groups and created posters to present our findings to the class. During laptop time we got into pairs and created PowerPoint presentations about Dublin. In science we have been learning about renewable energy and we created model wind turbines during Art time.
